We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of geotechnical engineering design principles and industry-standard software, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site investigations and laboratory testing programs, developing and implementing site safety management plans, analysing data from site investigations and laboratory testing, preparing detailed geotechnical reports, and presenting findings to clients and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* A recognized tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and eligibility for Chartership with Engineers Australia (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering design principles and industry-standard software such as LPile, Plaxis, and AutoCAD
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in geotechnical design and construction, with a focus on large infrastructure or buildings projects
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and client-focused attitude, with the ability to foster positive relationships and support team development
