Administration Assistant Job Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administration Assistant to join our team.
* Ensure the reception switchboard is fully operational at all times, responding promptly to calls with exceptional customer service skills.
* Perform various administrative duties as specified by management, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
* Maintain and update the archive management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Collaborate with the Centre Administrator/Operations Manager in generating contracts/purchase orders using MRI software.
* Coordinate the induction process for contractors, managing site keys and ensuring compliance with CM3 & Sassi Contract Management System.
* Collect and input sales and traffic figures from tenants on a monthly basis.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating high personal presentation and a calm demeanor when dealing with stressful situations. Additionally, they should have a basic understanding of financial components of invoices and be willing to learn and grow within the organization.
