Strategic Property Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for redefining Europcar's national footprint by effectively managing property leases and identifying new locations.
Key responsibilities include overseeing property maintenance, sourcing fresh leasing opportunities, being the key contact for all non-fleet procurement across ANZ, leading non-fleet procurement, tenders, and supplier partnerships, championing the EV transformation from planning to installation of EV charging infrastructure, driving consistency and professionalism across locations through visual branding, and supporting renewals, terminations, and evaluating opportunities for converting franchise to corporate stations.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Proven experience in property, procurement, or infrastructure management
* Previous experience in franchise management highly desirable
* Some exposure to car rental industry desirable
* Strong understanding of commercial & legal terms of agreements and contracts
* Understanding of P&L and/or familiarity with financial statements
* A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
* Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
* Current and ongoing Australian work rights
