The Role You will be working within a community mental health service delivering high-quality clinical care to older consumers. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and clinical interventions Develop and manage care plans and referral pathways Deliver community-based support to older adults with complex mental health needs Collaborate closely with the team psychiatrist Travel throughout the South West region to conduct consumer reviews Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical mental health services Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related discipline Current AASW registration or eligibility (for Social Workers) Demonstrated experience in clinical mental health settings Experience working with older persons (highly desirable) Ability to work autonomously within a community setting Strong assessment, intervention, and case management skills Salary & Benefits Up to $87.75 per hour super (based on experience) Accommodation provided Travel allowance up to $250 each way Full-time hours with excellent work life balance, working Monday to Friday Supportive and collaborative team environment If you are looking for a rewarding locum opportunity where you can make a genuine impact in older persons' mental health, we encourage you to apply or reach out for a confidential discussion.
