As our Warehouse Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. From handling technical equipment to supporting exciting IT projects, no two days will be the same. You'll be responsible for scheduling, shipping, procurement, and ensuring our gear is always in top shape. Plus, you'll have the chance to work with both internal teams and external clients, helping us deliver exceptional service every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
* Manage logistics and coordinate shipping – both locally and internationally.
* Ensure all equipment is tested, tagged, cleaned, and stored properly.
* Be the go-to person for maintaining equipment and assisting with building maintenance.
* Provide on-site support for internal projects and external clients.
* Assist in purchasing IT equipment and ensuring it's ready for action.
* Handle day-to-day building security and serve as the point of contact for building services.
What We're Looking For:You're highly organised and love keeping things running like clockwork. With a passion for technology and an eye for detail, you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved. You're a team player but also comfortable working independently, always making sure tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
A minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience is required.
You'll Need:
* Familiarity with Computer systems.
* Basic user level familiarity with PC, Mac, and Linux/Unix systems.
* Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A valid full Australian driver's licence.
* Physical capability to handle and move equipment.
* A strong team mindset and a commitment to delivering great results.
Note: this position will initially be based in Brisbane, with plans to relocate to the Coomera area in early 2026.
