We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to assist our team with day-to-day office duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support that includes (but is not limited to): redirection of incoming calls, managing accounts & banking, ordering office supplies, and providing internal support to employees and clients.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
* Perform other administrative tasks as required.
