- We have a structured on boarding process with full in house training provided initially and on an ongoing basis
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Full day to day collection activity for a portfolio of customers, from 1 day overdue customers all the way through to Legal Action customers
- Both inbound and outbound calls as well as some skip locating activities will be involved
- Delving deep into our customers individual financial circumstances to fully understand their situation and negotiate the best outcome is vital
- Compliance to industry and company policies and guidelines
