Key Responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day management of our Brisbane Office, playing a vital role in ensuring its smooth operation.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to provide administrative support to Group Leaders, anticipating and planning requests from both internal and external sources.
* Assist in managing financial data and operations to support project work, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Organize meetings and take minutes, ensuring that actions are managed effectively and follow-up is completed.
* Train new employees in systems, policies, and procedures, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
* Enter project information into our Project Management system, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality.
* Supervise and support junior administration staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in financial management packages and workflow.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel).
* Able to work under limited supervision, utilizing creativity and latitude to achieve goals.
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
