AMO Technician - Electromechanical (Internal title: ARMO Tech - Electro Mech II)
Responsibilities
* Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists; follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.
* Comply with HS&E policies and procedures.
* Assist in reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment.
* Provide coaching to other technicians where needed.
* Perform complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
Qualifications
* Proficient in the use of multimeters, megohmmeters, hi‐pot testers, and other basic instruments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient with measurement and gauging equipment and processes.
* Technical diploma or associate's degree in electrical or mechanical field with advanced computer skills.
* Versed in fluid power technology, AC/DC circuits and electro‐mechanical devices.
* Proficient with oscilloscopes.
* Minimum 2 years of maintenance‐related experience in electro‐mechanical functions or relevant industrial experience (e.g., airline, military, oilfield, automotive, electronics).
* Ability to present a clear and compelling vision on strategy, business and support of own unit.
* Ability to identify and communicate technical problems using logical troubleshooting techniques.
* Advanced skills in soldering and assembling electro‐mechanical devices.
