You'll be the person driving that expansion, commercially, operationally, and culturally.
You'll be leading a small but hungry team of two young BDMs who are keen, driven, and just need the right leader: someone who can push, coach, guide, and lift their game.
You'll have full support from head office, but you'll be the one steering the ship in Queensland.
What you'll do:
* Own and grow the QLD operation: revenue, relationships, market presence.
* Lead and develop two BDMs: build their capability, sharpen their approach, and set clear expectations.
* Win new business while strengthening existing customer relationships.
* Build brand presence across construction, civil, industrial, and other relevant markets.
* Shape the future of the QLD team: hire, develop, and grow headcount as the state expands.
* Work closely with the leadership to align strategy and share wins, challenges, and opportunities.
You'll thrive here if you are:
* A proven sales or state leader with experience in industrial, civil, construction, machinery, manufacturing, or similar B2B environments.
* A builder: someone who knows how to grow revenue, not just maintain it.
* Commercially sharp:strong with pricing, margins, forecasting, and pipeline management.
* Relationship-driven with the ability to open doors and build credibility quickly.
