In this role you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health services within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining core clinical skills, knowledge of support services, and collaborative networks to support holistic consumer care while continually building your skills, networks, and professional practice.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
* Delivers comprehensive, evidence-based occupational therapy mental health care, applying contemporary practice and local service knowledge to support consumers, carers, and the broader multidisciplinary team.
* Manage a complex and varied caseload with increasing autonomy, applying clinical judgement and evidence-based practice to assessment, intervention, healthpromotionand early intervention activities.
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and with external partners to provide coordinated, culturally safe care, particularly for rural,Aboriginaland diverse communities.
* Contribute to clinical leadership,supervisionand workforce development by supporting junior staff, allied healthassistantsand students, while actively engaging in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
* Support service quality and sustainability through effective documentation, data reporting, and participation in continuous improvementactivities.
