Technical Fluency with Marketing PlatformsYou're comfortable using platforms like Emarsys, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Insider, or similar tools to build, automate, and optimise campaigns. You also know how to brief creative teams, segment audiences, and test content variations with ease. Excellent Communication & Stakeholder ManagementFrom briefing brand managers to presenting campaign results, you communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently. You build great relationships, listen well, and can balance multiple stakeholder needs while keeping the customer front and centre. Project Management MindsetYou think end-to-end — from campaign ideation and briefing, through build, QA, launch, and reporting.
