The Role
BestLess has a prospect for a Casual Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Maroochydore Store.
As an integral member of the Maroochydore 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
Your day will consist of
* Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
* Together with your team, create the 'Bestie' culture in store
* Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an setting of fun & teamwork
* Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
* Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
* Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
* Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
