Initial 6 month contract with possible extension Carseldine location Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an Organisational Change and Communications Manager to support a major enterprise cyber transformation program within a large, complex ICT environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering structured organisational change and integrated communications across a high-profile technology program. You will drive stakeholder engagement, support smooth adoption of project outcomes, and ensure clear, consistent messaging across multiple initiatives. About the Role Working within a large-scale cyber uplift program, you will deliver project-level change management activities while coordinating program-wide communications to ensure stakeholders are informed, prepared and engaged. You will partner closely with Project Managers, the Change Lead and Program Manager to embed effective communication and change strategies into delivery plans. Key Responsibilities Apply structured change management methodologies to support the successful adoption of project outcomes Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis Develop and maintain key OCM artefacts including change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement plans, resistance management strategies and training plans Develop and implement a comprehensive Communications Plan across program and project streams Manage program-wide communication cadence, forums and stakeholder engagement activities Produce high-quality communication materials including updates, intranet content, FAQs and presentations Identify communication risks and implement mitigation strategies to strengthen engagement effectiveness Support awareness, alignment and readiness across diverse stakeholder groups About You You will be a seasoned Organisational Change and Communications professional with experience operating in complex environments, ideally within large technology or cyber transformation programs. You will bring: Demonstrated experience applying structured change management frameworks Strong stakeholder and community engagement capability, including contemporary engagement methodologies (e.g. IAP2 or similar) Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or strategic information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging Experience across public and/or private sector environments The ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, program-driven settings If you are an experienced Change and Communications professional ready to contribute to a significant technology program, we would love to hear from you.
