The St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria Inc. invites you to join our team as an Administration Assistant for the No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS). As a key member of our NILS team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families in need by providing administrative assistance and contributing to the delivery of this critical service.
About the Role:
* Provide administrative support to the NILS team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to promote the NILS program and increase access to services for vulnerable communities.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in administration, preferably in a not-for-profit or community-based organisation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and resolve issues efficiently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
