Job Description
About the role
1. "Can Do" attitude and belief that all children have the right to enriching and engaging experiences, tailored to their needs and understanding.
2. Motivated to support your Lead Educator to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation.
3. Support children with diverse learning needs while working collaboratively with the educator team to foster inclusive practices and meaningful connections for all children.
4. Proven experience in inclusion support and have assisted in setting up, facilitating, and cleaning down activities.
5. Collaborative team player, receptive to feedback and reflective on best practices.
6. Pride in the room being presented immaculately as a welcoming and safe environment.
7. Work set shifts, 5 Days a week.
8. Guide educators to understand the specific needs of individual children and how they can help support all children better, promoting integration and inclusive practices throughout the centre.
