Warehouse Operations Coordinator

The primary function of this role is to support the daily activities at a warehouse location. This position coordinates the receipt, storage and distribution of all items to ensure that all customers receive quality orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Provide leadership and direction to team members as required
* Coordinate and oversee all outbound operations – including picking, packing, quality checking, dispatch, freight tracking and loading of freight vehicles
* Coordinate and oversee quality inspection of parts, packaging and order fulfillment prior to dispatch
* Use and maintain computer systems to manage freight, orders for dispatch, items to pick and items for delivery
* Oversee and assist with identifying parts to be delivered, inspect for undocumented damage and report if required
* Oversee and assist with the picking and preparation of parts for shipment, ensuring that the correct part and correct quantity is picked
* Oversee and assist customer pickup area for the site

Requirements:

* Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), other web-based programs
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to take initiative, solve problems and act with a sense of urgency
* Able to work efficiently both in a team environment and independently and to required timeframes
* Able to professionally represent the organization
* LF & LO license preferred
* Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and consumables
