What You'll Do
This is a hands-on sales role with a mix of customer interaction and light digital engagement to help attract new leads.
You'll be responsible for:
* Handling walk-ins, inbound calls & outbound follow-up calls
* Responding to online quote enquiries quickly & professionally
* Creating simple, engaging content (stories, short vids, before/afters) that helps bring in more customers — not as the "face," but to boost inquiries
* Upselling additional services for the mobile detailing van (stain removal, sand removal, headlights, etc.)
* Managing customer satisfaction follow-ups
* Maintaining high-quality customer communication and a smooth sales flow
* Taking ownership of daily sales goals and staying hungry to close deals
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to present well, communicate confidently, and use social media strategically to attract leads — without needing to be a public brand ambassador.
