Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of aquatics, fitness, and customer service professionals.
* Drive membership sales and ensure our members have a positive experience.
* Ensure operations are run smoothly, safely, and in line with WHS standards.
* Build and develop a high-performing team that shares our community values.
* Engage with customers, members, and community groups to build strong partnerships.
* Oversee maintenance, equipment, retail, and reporting to keep the centre thriving.
Requirements:
* Experience in gym operations and group fitness delivery.
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
* Current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to train).
* WWCC (NSW) and a Class C Driver's Licence.
* Previous experience in aquatic and/or fitness centre supervision.
* Bonus points for qualifications in Business, WHS, Training, or Technical Operations.
