Buckby Motors is a locally owned and operated motor vehicle dealership located in Northern Tasmania.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Centre Team Leader to join our state-of-the-art service centre in South Launceston.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with managing and overseeing the service team.
* Utilise quoting and management software effectively.
* Achieve accurate quotation of repairs for customer vehicles.
* Develop strong relationships directly with manufacturers.
* Manage day-to-day operations closely with the service and parts teams.
* Ensure strict compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
* Maintain clear communication with customers, service advisors, and workshop staff.
* Identify and address quality control requirements with attention to detail.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a leadership or equivalent position.
* Strong understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance principles.
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and regulations.
