Assistant Branch Manager
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, proactive and customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support our day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to oversee daily workflows and provide supportive leadership to a motivated team.
In this role you'll enjoy a mix of essential office administration and on–the-road tasks-delivering and collecting vehicles to ensure every partner and customer receives a seamless, outstanding experience.

What You'll Be Doing
* Ensure the smooth delivery and collection of vehicles, meeting both Company standards and customer expectations.
* Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day team coordination and operational tasks.
* Act as key escalation point for urgent matters and operational challenges in the absence of a manager, helping to maintain seamless branch operations.
What You'll Bring
* Preferred experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry.
* A full and clean driver's license, a motorbike license is an advantage but not a necessity.
* Physical ability to wash and prepare vehicles for delivery
* Exceptional customer service skills, with at least one year of experience in a customer service role.
* Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Experience in the rental, fleet, or vehicle industry (advantageous)
