We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Pastry Chef to join our Brisbane team, working across our Manning St production venue and our Burnett Lane satellite store. We're looking for someone who:
* Has 2+ years of experience in a pastry production or restaurant kitchen
* Ideally has experience with lamination, baking or kitchen leadership (not essential)
* Demonstrates strong kitchen competency and familiarity with production tools
* Is autonomous, intuitive, and passionate about high-quality pastry
* Is willing to support team leadership and mentoring as needed
* Has full working rights in Australia and has flexible availability
* Is available to start from 4 August 2025
