**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**The Works are looking for a Social Media Manager. In this role you will be an expert in social media and responsible to deliver best in class social campaigns. You will be across the latest social trends and develop brilliant social creative work.**
**MAIN DUTIES**
- **Support Head of Social to deliver best in class social strategies and award winning social work**:
- **Presenting social strategies and content ideas to clients**:
- **Content planning and production: research, plan and curate best-in class social content that engages communities. Deliver quick turnaround ideas to clients based on great insights**:
- **Engage and challenge clients to get to the best big idea up and then help channel plan its rollout so that creatives execute brilliantly**:
- **Content editing: Editing best in class social-first videos for Reels and TikTok**:
- **Writing: write catchy, social-first copy for posts across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, YouTube and Pinterest)**:
- **Social monitoring: maximising engagement & reach through proactive response to conversations & real time communications - taking community engagement and agile/reactive creativity to the next level**:
- **Social listening: research and analytics, product associations, competitor landscape, plus target audience analysis and identification**:
- **Influencer management: be up to date with the latest creators and trends and support with influencer partnerships**:
- **Measurement: pull, analyse and report on activity using tools like Business Suite, Sprinklr and more**:
- **Work closely with internal teams to create opportunities where your skills will add significant value to clients [and unlock additional revenue] who don't yet recognise the value of social media**
**DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
**- **Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (minimum 3 years' experience in social media desired)**:
- **Passionate about all things social and content with a great understanding of platforms and current trends**:
- **In app editing skills**:
- **Excellent communication and writing skills**:
- **Experience in best-in-class social campaigns and content creation**:
- **Strong meme and pun game**:
- **Experience using Facebook Business Suite, Ads Manager**:
- **Knowledge of key social monitoring and management**:
- **Ability to multi-task and build strong relationships with clients**
