With projects operating across multiple locations throughout Victoria, we are continuing to grow and are seeking experienced Crew Leaders to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to further their career within the civil construction and utilities industry. The role requires previous experience and knowledge within the VESI construction industry across both minor and major civil construction works.
Essential Job Requirements
* Current VESI qualifications
* White Card / Construction Industry Induction
* HR Truck Licence or above
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Crew Leader role or equivalent
* Ability to read and interpret plans
* Strong communication skills with crews, Supervisors and Management
* Understanding of DBYD requirements and underground service locating
* Experience managing crews, plant, vehicles and daily site activities
* Commitment to leading by example in health, safety, environmental and workplace standards, while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard of quality workmanship
* Ability to supervise, support and guide team members
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Pride in workmanship and commitment to high standards
