We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service and guide members to successful outcomes by identifying individual needs, problem-solving, and promoting our products and services.
* Key responsibilities include having quality conversations, educating members on our products, managing basic member inquiries and transactions, and maintaining accurate records in our systems.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar customer service position, demonstrated sales experience, cash handling experience, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to change.
