Administrative Support Trainee
This role offers a comprehensive range of administrative support functions to the Leadership and Workforce Development Team in a dynamic state government department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support for training and workforce development initiatives
* Maintaining databases and registers
* Supporting logistics related to training, including booking staff into courses and maintaining calendars
Reporting and Liaison:
* Accurate reporting of training outcomes
* Liaising with managers and staff to ensure the professional operation of the area
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and general knowledge of Microsoft Office.
