What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive growth and long‐term value
* Build strong, trusted relationships with key aesthetic partners and corporate accounts
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, clinical and finance teams to deliver programs and initiatives
* Use data and insights to identify opportunities, track performance and support decision‐making
* Represent the business at industry events, conferences and high‐profile engagements
* Champion a customer‐centric approach that strengthens brand presence across ANZ
What You Bring
* Experience in medical aesthetics or medical grade skincare
* A strategic, consultative approach to managing key accounts, commercial acumen
* Strong analytical skills (Excel lovers welcome)
* Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing capability, palpable drive for success
* Comfort working in a fast‐paced environment, including occasional evening/weekend events
* A positive, proactive mindset, you enjoy solving problems and building partnerships
