About the Role
Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience while maximising sales performance. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to vehicle delivery
* Providing a consultative, high‑end customer experience
* Developing and maintaining long‑term client relationships
* Demonstrating strong product knowledge across prestige and luxury vehicles
* Achieving and exceeding individual and dealership sales targets
* Maintaining accurate CRM and compliance processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience in prestige or luxury automotive sales
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Professional presentation and communication
* A driven, results‑focused mindset
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* Current Australian driver's licence
