We are on the hunt for 2 special people to join our team! We are offering x2 casual positions with an immediate start.

* Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

2. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.

The person we are looking for will...

* Have a natural ability to sell and recommend products with confidence.

We are a rapidly growing family business of 8+ years at our location in Pakenham, prioritising excellent customer service, supplying a massive range of products, assistance & advice to customers who travel far and wide to visit our store.

Our instore and online business is thriving, alongside a loyal following of customers which creates a busy, engaging & satisfying work day with happy & positive interactions with customers and our existing team members.

We provide on site training & regularly arrange supplier based training for our product ranges to enhance knowledge and confidence within our team. Within our management team individually we have over 20 years of experience in the Hardware & Retail sector and believe in empowering our staff by providing knowledge & offering opportunities to advance their roles and personal development.

As part of our team your role will include:

* Complete sales transactions

* Stock replenishment & Store Presentation

* Reporting & Maintaining stock levels & Tickets within departments

* Be proactive in keeping your knowledge up to date on product ranges & arranging training with management where necessary.

* Work as a team to make sure the store is looking its best at all times & work effectively & harmoniously, kindly, respectfully and supporting all team members.

* Prioritising customers-providing exceptional customer service, provide advice, assist with lifting goods & provide a unique & caring experience for our customers.

* Ensure a safe working environment.

The individual who applies for this role, will:

* Be physically fit & able to lift 20kg stock. ESSENTIAL!

* Have a positive, can-do attitude

* The ability to work well in a fast paced team environment & accept training opportunities to further their role.

* Be a 'people person' who cares about their customers, team & the success of the store & will approach anyone and everyone to offer assistance.

Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
