About the Role
This is a private in-home support role focused on physical disability assistance.
You’ll work closely with one primary client, delivering respectful, person-centred support in their home and community.
Your role may include:
Personal care and mobility assistanceManual handling and physical support needsCommunity access and social outingsSupporting daily routines, appointments, and travelMaintaining dignity, independence, and consistent routines
Longer shifts (6–8 hours) mean less rushing between clients and more meaningful support.
About You
We’re looking for someone upbeat, calm, and reliable, with a strong understanding of physical disability support.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience supporting physical disability or high physical care needsConfidence with manual handling and personal careStrong communication skills and respectful boundariesFlexibility and willingness to travel when requiredMinimum 6 months experience or Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or similarNDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, Driver’s Licence, and insured vehicleMedication Administration training (desirable)
