About the role: We are seeking enthusiastic Speech Pathologists to join our client's expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid role, splitting your time between our modern clinics in Truganina and Deer Park, with a small component of telehealth (approximately 5%). You will have the chance to work with a diverse caseload, primarily focusing on paediatric clients (90%) with a smaller percentage of adult clients (10%). Provide high-quality assessment, therapy, and intervention services to clients with a range of needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals. Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other allied health professionals. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in team meetings and professional development activities. Deliver approximately 25 billable hours per week within standard working hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. What's in it for you?
