Registered Nursing Professional
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a nursing professional. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents in accordance with AHPRA standards.
* Clinical Expertise: Provide evidence-based clinical care that meets the needs of residents, adhering to AHPRA standards and guidelines.
* Leadership and Teamwork: Collaborate with Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants to lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless care delivery and effective communication.
* Resident-Centric Care: Develop and implement resident-focused care plans, incorporating individualized assessments and goal setting.
* Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Liaise with families, doctors, and allied health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to resident well-being.
* Quality and Safety: Participate actively in accreditation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
* A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
* An understanding of aged care standards and the Residential Classification Scale.
* National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain.
* Experience with ACFI and aged care documentation.
* Knowledge of government aged care standards and accreditation.
* Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
