We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise programme supporting a major Australian organisation within a highly complex data and analytics environment.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architecture teams to deliver data-driven solutions across a modern cloud data platform.
Responsibilities
* Engage with business stakeholders to gather and define detailed requirements
* Translate business needs into clear technical and data requirements
* Work closely with data engineering teams to support data modelling and pipeline development
* Analyse and map data flows across multiple systems and platforms
* Support the design and optimisation of data solutions within a Snowflake environment
* Validate data outputs, reporting, and analytics solutions
* Collaborate across cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment
Requirements
* 7 to 10 years experience as a Business Analyst within technical or data-driven environments
* Proven experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake
* Strong understanding of data structures, data mapping, and transformation processes
* Experience working closely with data engineers or analytics teams
* Solid SQL knowledge and ability to work with datasets
* Strong stakeholder management experience within enterprise environments
* Experience delivering within Agile or hybrid delivery models
