Job Title: Project Coordinator
About the Job:
Making a real impact in the construction industry, we're looking for a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to a Project Director, you'll work with an assigned project team to coordinate and manage all project-related documentation, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain project commencement management documents, including scope statements, dilapidation reports, and procurement schedules.
- Coordinate site inspections with subcontractors and clients, request quotations, and set up site inductions.
- Facilitate commercial payments, including deposit payments and creditor claims, and process retention invoices.
- Prepare handover documentation, assist with defects, and monitor progress of program initiatives.
- Update program documentation, prepare project status reports, and schedule meetings with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Construction Management or equivalent degree is required.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience in project coordination, compliance, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and possess strong written and verbal skills.
- Proficiency in managing databases and maintaining accurate records is essential.
