We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead key administration functions at Cleveland Central Shopping Centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the Centre Manager. About the role
* Assist Centre Manager with forecasts, budgeting, and reporting
* Support with monthly accruals, outgoings, other charges
* Manage rent roll administration and rental reviews
* Oversee arrears and arrears reporting
* Maintain effective records management and document control
* General office management, including customer service answering phones, and ordering supplies
* Build and maintain relationships with senior management, centre staff, retailers, and external stakeholders
About you
* Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably in retail shopping centre management
* Financial and accounting skills including accounts payable and receivable
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
* Proficient in using office software and systems including MS Office Suite
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong negotiation skills
* Ability to understand the retail lease requirements form tenants
This is a full-time centre-based role at our Cleveland Central shopping centre with office hours between 8.30am to 5.30pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Haben, contribute to a growing business, and make a real impact.
