**About The Role**
We are advertising for a Grade 3 AHA to join the Dandenong/Springvale Community Rehabilitation Teams for 4 days a week (0.8 EFT). The role will involve individual and group work under the delegation of Allied Health Professionals, working at the centre, using telehealth, and visiting clients in their homes. You will be a vital member of the intra
- disciplinary team, assist our clients to meet their rehabilitation goals.
**About You**
You are an enthusiastic and experienced Allied Health Assistant with a passion for assisting clients to live their best lives. You relish the opportunity to work with clients in the community and are ready to work flexibly with the Community Rehabilitation Teams.
**What You Need**:
- Certificate IV (Allied Health Assistant), or equivalent
- Greater than 3 years AHA Experience in health care or aged care setting
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Experience in a hospital/rehabilitation or appropriate community setting
- A positive approach
- Ability to work independently
- Dedicated to safe best practice and quality care
