Customer Sales & Service - Repco Hastings - Casual
Location: Hastings, Victoria, Australia.
About the role
A customer service role in an automotive aftermarket retail environment. You will create moments that matter for Repco customers, working both in person and over the phone or online.
Responsibilities
* Always maintain a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of teammates and customers.
* Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers.
* Use strong customer service skills to contribute to positive sales performance.
* Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
* Process stock, including receiving, dispatching, and storing items.
* Be enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative, contributing to a positive team culture.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be available to work flexible hours over 7 days, with flexibility in scheduling essential to meet business needs. Penalty rates apply on weekends. This role will require lifting, bending, and climbing. No previous industry knowledge is required.
