Caloundra Marine is on the lookout for a motivated Parts & Service Co-ordinator with Sales experience to join our growing team.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role working with leading brands like Quintrex boats and Suzuki Marine outboards in a fast-paced, friendly dealership environment.
About the Role
You’ll be the key link between our customers, workshop, and sales team – ensuring everything runs smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing spare parts sales (in-store, phone & online enquiries)
* Coordinating service bookings and workshop schedules
* Ordering, receipting, and managing marine parts inventory
* Assisting customers with parts identification and solutions
* Supporting the sales team with boat, motor & trailer packages
* Preparing quotes, invoices, and following up leads
* Delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in parts, service coordination, or automotive/marine industry (preferred)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a customer-first attitude
* Sales experience or the ability to convert enquiries into sales
* Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment
* Computer literacy (POS, inventory systems, basic admin)
* A genuine interest in boating and marine products
