Reporting to the HSEQ Lead, as the HSE Advisor, you will support the site through the provision of consultation, advice and delivery of HSE activities that facilitate the Project team to deliver on HSE outcomes. As the HSE Advisor, you will:Participate in project meetingsProvide guidance and training on systems complianceConduct regular site inspectionsIdentify risks and collaborate with the team to implement suitable actionsCoordination and oversight of Incident managementAssist in site management activities as requiredFacilitate training and toolbox talksCoordinate internal and external auditsAs the ideal applicant you will possess: A minimum Cert IV OHS qualificationPrior experience in a safety focused role within the construction industry, preferably within the Industrial sectorProficiency with automated safety management systems such as 1BreadCrumb, Hammertech, etc.Working knowledge of WHS best practice and legislative requirementsAn effective communicator and relationship builderAn understanding of how to drive, develop and maintain safety behavioursHow to applyTo apply for this role, please submit your application via our careers website.
