Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA/QC Administrator to join our team. As a QA/QC Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our work products and services.

Key Responsibilities
* Review and check material certificates and quality records for accuracy.
* Assist in reviewing work packs, weld maps, hydro test documents, and MDRs for accuracy and client submission.
* Maintain registers, including entering results and saving pressure graphs.
* Update QA registers, maintain ITP and MDR indexes/templates, and manage QA document changes for consistent reporting.
* Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong administrative skills with technical and process understanding.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* 3–5 years' experience in a similar role within resources, engineering, construction, or maintenance.
* Knowledge of quality systems, audits, and ISO application.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proof of right to work in Australia.
