Job Description About this opportunity You’ll be responsible for leading a small team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellence in daily customer order management, order fulfillment processes, and responding to inquiries from customers and overall efficiencies in our Customer Service team within the Manufacturing business. This is a crucial new member of the Viscount Reuse Sales & Customer service offering that will take ownership of the Sales & Customer Support within Viscount Manufacturing. Your key responsibilities will be to: Leading and mentoring a small team of customer service professionals Managing customer orders, data, and pricing through SAP Participating in S&OP meetings, managing new customers, price increases, managing master data Resolving escalated service issues with empathy and efficiency Collaborating with planning, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery Driving improvements in our customer portal and service systems Supporting sales operations, production, warehousing to achieve forecast Your skills and experience To be successful in this role, you’ll have: Proven experience with SAP and ERP systems, Salesforce / CRM experience.
