Key Responsibilities
* Retail an exciting customer base and achieve sales objectives, including volume, margin, and product group targets.
* Achieve agreed sales targets, including volume, margin, and product channel goals.
* Maintain accurate customer records and input data into the system.
* Complete and submit regular sales reports, tracking performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
* Identify opportunities throughout the geographic area and pass leads onto relevant personnel for follow up.
* Resign customer accounts as they fall due, prepare a business case for all re-signs, and adhere to company policies in all instances.
* Establish and maintain data on the customer information base via appropriate screens.
* Develop strategic partnerships and ensure they are serviced.
Requirements
* Two to three years of sales experience.
* Clean and valid driver's license is required for this role.
* Strong customer focus.
* Results driven.
* Negotiation and conflict management skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
