Change Lead – Critical Workforce Transformation Program 
Your new company 
This large and complex organisation in the public healthcare sector is delivering a statewide, high-impact workforce transformation program that will reshape how frontline healthcare teams are rostered, paid, and supported. Leveraging existing enterprise platforms, the program is rolling out an integrated electronic rostering solution across diverse occupational groups. You’ll be joining the team on an initial contract until July 2026, with the potential for extension, working on-site at implementation facilities with hybrid flexibility negotiable depending on the phase of implementation. 
Your new role 
As the Change Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sustainable business process change across a major ICT-enabled transformation. You’ll lead change implementation activities, support stakeholder engagement, and embed current ways of working that deliver real benefits to both operational teams and leadership. 
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end change management activities across multiple sites
- Collaborating with transformation teams and change specialists to embed new processes
- Driving communication and engagement strategies across all levels of the organisation
- Delivering program-aligned change collateral, toolkits, and training support
- Coaching and mentoring team members to build internal change capability
- Managing risks and ensuring alignment with best practice and lessons learned
- Championing a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
What you'll need to succeed 
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: 
- Proven experience leading hands-on change delivery in large, complex environments—ideally within healthcare or workforce management ICT programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to enable leader-led change
- Expertise in change planning, resistance management, training, and adoption support
- Experience in large-scale implementations involving HR, payroll, or rostering systems (e.g. SAP, Workbrain)
- Credibility and interpersonal presence to build trust and foster collaboration across diverse teams
- A passion for coaching, mentoring, and enabling others to succeed
- Formal qualifications in Change Management or Project Management (highly regarded but not mandatory)
