We're expanding into Western Australia, South Australia, and Queensland, and we need a leader to spearhead this growth. As Area Manager – Perth, you'll be responsible for opening our first campus, recruiting and developing the service team, running day-to-day operations, and setting a standard that rivals our best Melbourne sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Launch & Expansion:
o Ensure our Perth campus is operational at 100% capacity with well-trained staff and seamless processes in place.
o Collaborate with Academics, People & Culture, Marketing, Tech, and the National Campus Ops team to deliver a plug-and-play launch that meets our premium standards.
* Operational Excellence:
o Audit regularly against our Campus Ops Playbook to identify areas for improvement and implement changes swiftly.
o Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, maintenance, and presentation, aligning with our brand's expectations.
* Leadership & Team Building:
o Hire, onboard, coach, and mentor high-calibre Service Team Members & Leaders who embody our company culture.
o Foster a culture of kindness, responsibility, continuous improvement, and unity among team members, with clear yet achievable expectations.
* Student Experience:
o Work closely with Enrolments Team to create new classes based on demand and utilization, ensuring proactive growth rather than reactive measures.
o Address escalations with empathy and precision, protecting our brand and relationships.
