Job Title: Enterprise IT Support Specialist
About the Role:
This is an on-call position that requires a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to provide support for various technologies, including desktops, networks, and data center systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support for clients across multiple locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktops, networks, and data center systems
- Install and upgrade operating systems as needed
- Implement patches and software updates
- Perform hardware and software break-fix tasks
- Collaborate with network engineers to configure LAN, WAN, switch, and router settings
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of firewall administration and replacement
- Experience with installing and upgrading operating systems
- Familiarity with Cisco devices and Webex
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
Tools and Equipment:
- Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
- Cisco console cable (DB9 Rj45 or USB RJ45)
- Laptop must have Putty, Team Viewer, TFTP server, and screwdriver set installed
