About the Role
The Manager, Corporate Partnershipsis responsible forleading the Australian Museum'spartnershipsfunction, driving the development and implementation of strategies that secure and grow both cash and in-kind support.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing, Communications & Partnerships,you willidentifypriority assets and prospects, set clear financial targets, and ensure partnerships are aligned to organisational priorities.
You'llguide a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, cultivate new business opportunities, steward existing partner relationships, and ensure all contractual obligations are delivered to a high standard.The role also involves collaborating across the organisation to ensure partnerships align with corporate priorities and governance requirements.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional who thrives on delivering measurable results and building long-term, value-based relationships.

* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in sales and marketing or a related discipline
Key knowledge and experience
* Extensive experience in developing and implementing successful partnership strategies, including business development and account management
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to steward high-value partners and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
* Experience leading and developing teams to meet sales and performance goals
* Financial acumen, including budget management and cost–benefit analysis
* The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within tight timeframes
