We are hiring energetic Qualified, or Non Qualified, Ex Shift Managers or Managers with prior Management experience for Full Time and part-time positions at McDonald's Toowoomba West (Wilsonton). The role involves overseeing shifts and running a designated areas. We provide flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. Working days and hours may be subject to change to meet the restaurant's requirements.
Pending the Candidates experience there may be opportunities for Department Manager positions. We are also seeking Overnight Manager positions.
The preferred candidate will have previous McDonald's management experience, training qualifications and have high People Skills.
Shift Manager / Department Manager
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding Quality, Customer Service, Cleanliness, sales, people practices, and profit on your shifts. Shift will work towards achieving targets set out by their Restaurant Manager when on shift.
Other Role Requirements
Provide training, coaching and assistance to crew.
Maintain equipment integrity to guarantee its safety and functionality.
Respond to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
