Big Wheels Central Coast, based in Gosford, is hiring an experienced, capable Tyre Fitter who can step in and know what they're doing from day one. This is a hands-on role with ownership, where you'll establish and grow the tyre area of work within our workshop.

What you'll be doing
* Fit, balance, repair and rotate light truck tyres (and passenger where required)
* Carry out tyre inspections, puncture repairs, pressure correction and tyre recommendations
* Provide tyre quoting and customer support with honest, uptime-focused advice
* Take ownership of the tyre work day-to-day: workflow, quality, presentation and results
* Manage stock flow, supplier ordering and tyre bay organisation
* Support alignment-related work where applicable (experience is a bonus)
* Build simple systems: checklists, standards, pricing consistency and daily housekeeping
What we're looking for
Must-have
* Minimum 5 years tyre fitting experience (light truck essential)
* Able to work independently and confidently
* Strong professional standards: you care how the workshop and service look and feel
* Clear communicator with customers and the team
* Safety-first, reliable and organised
* Manual licence required (MR/HR favourable)
Bonus
* Knowledge of the truck side
* Wheel alignment experience (car or truck industry)
