Contribute to a Major NBN Upgrade Project

As a key member of the project team, you will report directly to the Project Engineer and play a pivotal role in supporting the team's efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor construction progress and report any delays or issues to senior engineers.
* Manage and reconcile the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on construction progress.
* Assist in final contract sum reconciliation with project engineers.
* Track and report construction variations.
* Verify that Bill of Quantities revisions align with Construction Work Plans and the Construction Report.
* Ensure timely delivery of completion artefacts and closure of Customer Action Requests and defects.
* Identify and communicate field issue trends to the Project Engineer.
* Participate in Lessons Learnt and Innovation workshops.
* Prepare material orders and manage material issuance and reconciliation.
* Validate Field Service Administrative Manual accruals with the Project Engineer for month-end reporting.
About You:
* Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
* NBN or Telco experience is essential.
* Knowledge of construction and cost management principles.
* Understanding of project environments and meeting client deadlines.
