You will schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our expert audiologists, guide customers through our innovative range of hearing devices and accessories, resolve concerns efficiently, and contribute to local marketing efforts to promote our services.

To succeed in this role, you will require 2+ years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments.
